Petro Mechanical has expanded our fabrication services with the addition of our state of the art cutting table with both plasma and torch cutting options.

When custom metal parts need replaced on the rig or on location, the ability to get quick and accurate fabricated parts is critical. Our team can design any parts, signs, plates or artwork you need right when you need it.

Our 6’ x 12’ cutting table features a pneumatic water table to reduce warping, minimize heat transfer, and ensure clean, accurate cuts within tight tolerances.

We have the capacity to plasma cut mild carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum plate from 1/8” up to 2” thick. Our oxygen/acetylene torch can handle carbon steel up to 5” thick with the same accuracy and repeatability as plasma cutting.
